Phase 1: Needs Assessment and Project Planning
Initial Interview: |
A good design starts with good communication. Time will be spent listening to your needs. We also take the time to tell you about our firm, and the expertise we can bring to your project. The scope of services are discussed. The functional needs, aesthetics, and expectations that should be considered for the design are established. | New Client

Design concepts will be decided on with preliminary floor plans, design sketches, materials, or photos needed to establish the basic design. Client approval at the end of this phase will establish a mutually agreed upon direction for the rest of the project | Concept Board |

Phase 2: Project Management and Development
Contractor
