Phase 1: Needs Assessment and Project Planning

Initial Interview:
A good design starts with good communication. Time will be spent listening to your needs. We also take the time to tell you about our firm, and the expertise we can bring to your project. The scope of services are discussed. The functional needs, aesthetics, and expectations that should be considered for the design are established.
New Client Package
Agreement:
The scope of services will dictate the fee structure that will be outlined in the contract before the research phase.
Letter of Agreement
Inventory and Research:
Interviews of those affected by the design, measurements taken of the space, floor plans or drawings obtained from the contractors involved, and inventory of existing furnishings or equipment.
As Built Plans, Current Inventory List
Preliminary Design:
Design concepts will be decided on with preliminary floor plans, design sketches, materials, or photos needed to establish the basic design. Client approval at the end of this phase will establish a mutually agreed upon direction for the rest of the project
Concept Board
Design Development:
During this phase the selection of furniture, fixtures, and finishes will be finalized.

Phase 2: Project Management and Development

Contractor Communication:
If necessary, working drawings and specifications will be completed in this phase to communicate with other contractors involved in the project.
Specification Sheets, Drawings & Elevations
Expediting and Order Management:
All furniture, fixtures and finishes will be ordered. Follow up with vendors to ensure appropriate lead times and deliveries.

Phase 3: Delivery, Installation and Project Completion

Delivery and Installation:
If necessary, working drawings and specifications will be completed in this phase to communicate with other contractors involved in the project.
Punch List Drawings & Elevations
Project Completion:
Walk through, review completed project to ensure satisfactory outcome, provide ongoing maintenance and support.
