Kim holds an associate degree from Moorpark College in interior design as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cal State San Bernadino in Sociology. She is currently working towards her Masters Degree in Interior Architecture at UCLA.

Kim brings several years of experience as a home stager with her to Deborah Davis Design. While designing for clients who were preparing to sell their homes, she developed a talent for space planning and accessorizing spaces. Prior to her staging experience, Kim was taking a break from her career to raise her young children. Her previous work with children and adolescents in the social services field helped her to realize the impact that physical surroundings can have on the individual. Kim strives to incorporate this knowledge and experience into her designs.

“It’s fun to start out with an abstract concept that becomes a tangible finished space. Everyday is something different and I love the variety of work that comes with creating interiors. Even if you had two clients that have the same style, their individuality shines through to the finished product. Plus, I have wanted to do this since I was 13 and there is video to prove it!”
