Deborah J. Davis, ASID, Founder and CEO

Deborah J. Davis, ASID, has been practicing Interior Design for over 19 years. She is known for accomplishing her clients’ desired effect while balancing their need for functional space. Her cohesive approach has won her many accolades as an intuitive designer.

Deborah Davis is the principle and lead designer of Davis Design, a residential and commercial interior design firm formed in 1995. For over a decade, Davis has created aesthetic and functional interiors for homes and offices, pairing her intuitive approach with her organizational and knowledge-based skills. On occasion, Davis has extended her skills and approach to religious organizations and women’s shelters, providing pro bono work to the community. Her skills in space planning, AutoCAD, furniture and cabinetry design have been instrumental assets in her projects as she strives for excellent proportions and refinement for all of her clients.

Michelle J. Halley, Sr. Interior Designer

Michelle J. Halley has been a practicing Interior Design for Eleven years. She is originally from London, UK and has been living and working in California for the past five years. Michelle Halley is the Senior Designer at Deborah Davis Design and has been with the company since April 2008. She has worked on many different types of projects including residential, commercial, jobs involving construction, projects needing architectural plans and clients with variable budgets. These projects were located in the cities of Los Angeles, Santa Monica and the surrounding areas. She has also been fortunate to work on projects as far a field as Washington DC and San Diego. She has a Bachelor Honorary Degree in Textile Design at The University of the West of England.

Kim Knight, Studnet member ASID, Junior Designer

Kim Has recently joined Deborah Davis Design. Her background in Home Staging made her a particularly well suited addition to the firm. Her B.A in Sociology provides a unique perspective and is an asset to the design team. Kim will graduate from Moorpark College in Fall, 2008 and is a student member of ASID.
